General Booking & Payments
Q: How do I reserve my date?
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your date.
Q: When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
If canceled 60 days or less before the event, 50% of the full payment is still due.
If canceled 30 days or less before the event, the full balance is owed.
This policy helps us honor commitments to both you and our staff.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can arrange installment payments as long as the full balance is cleared 30 days before your event.
Packages & Pricing
Q: What packages do you offer?
We offer multiple options to fit different needs, including:
Elopement Package – $300 (2 hours, up to 6 people)
Petite Gathering Package – $1,500 (Full day, up to 50 guests)
Celebration Package – $3,000 (Full day, up to 100 guests)
Grand Gathering Package – $3,500 (Full day, up to 150 guests)
Full Weekend Package – $4,500 (Friday 7AM – Sunday noon, up to 150 guests; discounted to $4,000 if booked via “Honey I’m Yours Bridal Expo”)
5-Hour Party Package – $500 (up to 50 guests) / $1,000 (up to 150 guests)
Portrait Sessions – $75/hour or $250 for 3 hours (licensed/insured photographers only)
Q: Are overnight stays available?
Yes! You can add a cottage overnight stay to most packages for $300. The Full Weekend Package already includes cottage lodging.
Q: Can we book rehearsal time?
Yes. A 5-hour rehearsal block (tables/chairs included) can be added for $800 to packages that don’t already include it.

Q: What is included with my rental?
All event packages include:
Covered barn, tables & chairs (up to guest count for package)
White linen tablecloths
Parking & restroom access
Shuttle service (for bridal party & handicapped guests)
Party games & fire pit seating
Wedding arch (if applicable)
Water & electricity hookups
Venue staff on site
Q: What’s in the bridal cottage?
Our bridal cottage includes a queen bed, clawfoot bathtub, microwave, fridge, Keurig, and a lighted vanity—perfect for getting ready or winding down after your big day.
Q: Do I need a day-of coordinator or decorator?
They are not required but are highly encouraged to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Q: How do I request tables and chairs?
All table and chair counts, along with any special requests, must be submitted 30 days before your event.
Decorating & Property Rules
Q: Can I make changes to the barn or property?
No physical alterations (nails, screws, paint, etc.) may be made to the barn or property.
Q: What if I want to do larger decorating setups?
Any extraordinary decorating requiring tools, ladders, or special equipment must have waivers signed in advance. The venue does not provide tools or ladders.
Q: Are there restrictions on throwing rice, confetti, or similar items?
Yes. Throwing rice is not permitted for animal safety. Bird seed is allowed as a safe alternative.
Vendors, Alcohol & Rules
Q: Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, but all vendors must be licensed and insured, with proof submitted to us within 30 days of your event.
Q: Do you provide catering or alcohol service?
No, you’ll secure your own catering and bartending. All alcohol must comply with Aiken County, SC laws. We can recommend trusted mobile bartenders and caterers.
Q: Are open flames allowed?
No open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.) are permitted anywhere on the property. Our fire pit may be used with caution, but the venue is not liable for mishandling.
Policies & Liability
Q: What about children at events?
Children must be supervised at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their safety.
Q: What if wildlife shows up during my event?
Our property sits on 80 acres of farmland and is home to local wildlife. We are not responsible for unexpected animal appearances, but they add to the rustic charm!
Q: What is the venue responsible for?
We provide the amenities listed in your contract, but the venue cannot be held liable for incidents, accidents, or anything beyond the terms of the agreement.
