Want to relax and actually enjoy your wedding day? Let us take care of the logistics while you focus on making memories.

Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced professional to oversee the day and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What's Included

• One final planning meeting approximately 30 days before your wedding

• Review of all vendor contracts and timeline

• Creation and/or finalization of your wedding day timeline

• Communication with vendors prior to the wedding

• Coordination of vendor arrivals and setup locations

• Ceremony coordination, including lining up the wedding party

• Cueing the processional and recessional

• Keeping the wedding day on schedule

• Assisting vendors with questions throughout the day

• Managing the reception timeline (entrances, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)

• Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and family members

• Handling unexpected issues so the couple doesn't have to

• Coordinating the grand exit

• Final walkthrough before the venue closes

Not Included

To keep expectations clear, the following services are not included:

• Decorating or decorating setup

• Cleanup of personal décor

• Floral design or installation

• Cake or dessert setup

• Food or beverage service

• DJ or MC services

• Photography or videography services

• Transportation coordination

• Full-service wedding planning

Decorating remains the responsibility of the client or a hired decorating team.

Because your coordinator is also the Venue Manager, you'll have someone who knows the property, vendors, timelines, and venue policies inside and out—making for a smoother, less stressful wedding day.
